My Work as an SEO Analyst – Portfolio

1. Improved the Ranking Position

I consistently scaled the ranking position from 20–30 to the top 1–5 on SERPs.

To achieve this, I didn’t rely on any fancy strategies. Just the essential SEO fundamentals did the work.

I focused on,

  • Creating helpful content
  • Optimizing the site code for fast loading
  • Revamping UI to improve user engagement
  • Building topical authority with the pillar and cluster strategy
  • Refining content based on search performance data
  • Prioritizing SEO tasks to focus on the quick wins
  • Conducting search intent–driven keyword research rather than chasing volume

Worst scenarios happen too, irrespective of our efforts.

Sometimes I even Googled “Top Ranking Factors”, knowing full well it won’t fix the ranking.

2. Managed Multiple Sites over the Years

I have led SEO strategies for multiple sites across different industries and CMS.

Industries I’ve worked with:

  • B2B Products
  • B2B SaaS
  • Schools
  • Colleges
  • E-commerce (Clothing)
  • B2B Manufacturing

CMS platforms I’ve worked with:

  • Wix
  • Ghost
  • WordPress
  • Shopify

3. Automating and Building Tools

It is always better to get help when doing a tedious job. We don’t have to hope on the juniors to do this.

Through vibe coding, I have automated some workflows and built some tools.

  • Bulk fetching desktop and mobile web performance using PageSpeed Insight API

4. Writing Landing Pages

I wrote 50+ landing page contents.

If I were starting a landing page content, I would follow these checklists,

  • Highlight the USP in the hero section – Communicate the core value in seconds.
  • Address the main pain point early – Clearly show that you understand the user’s problem and position your solution effectively.
  • Maintain a logical flow across sections – Guide the reader naturally from problem → solution → benefits → action.
  • Prioritize readability and engagement – Use short paragraphs, scannable sections, and clear formatting.
  • Integrate keywords naturally – Optimize for search intent without keyword stuffing.
  • Keep the content concise – Focus on clarity and impact; less is often more.
  • Write persuasive headings and subheadings – Makes the audience stay rather than bounce from it.
  • Use trust signals – Include testimonials, reviews, or case studies to build credibility.
  • Add clear and compelling CTAs – Every major section should guide the user toward a specific action.
  • Handle objections proactively – Address common concerns through FAQs, guarantees, or proof points.
  • Optimize for mobile readability – Ensure sections and content work smoothly on smaller screens.

The outcome?

Increased ranking position, conversion rate, and performance, and more importantly, revamped the entire code.

5. Crafting Blogs

I wrote 100+ blogs.

Every blog written has a purpose.

Some,

  • Improved topical authority
  • Scaled cluster content
  • Guided the user through every stage
  • Scaled the site’s traffic
  • Brought leads and revenue
  • Actually helped the users

Among the 100 blogs, there’s one blog that I cannot forget, which outranked giants like Semrush and Similarweb.

To find that content, search the keyword “PeerSpace alternatives,” and you’ll find a site, RadicalStart, at the top.

6. Optimising the Conversions

This is what most businesses care about, rather than “rankings or traffic.”

But we know the importance of it.

This is how I proceed with conversion rate optimization,

  • Removed irrelevant sections to reduce clutter and keep the page focused on conversion.
  • Highlighted the USP in the hero section to capture attention immediately and communicate the core value.
  • Improved the content tone and clarity by shifting to a more conversational, user-focused style.
  • Restructured the order flow to make the user journey more intuitive and frictionless.
  • Simplified the design with clean layouts and ample white space to improve readability and focus.
  • Optimized CTA buttons by refining their color, placement, and copy to make actions more compelling.
  • Shifted the messaging from a sales-heavy tone to a more relatable, connection-driven approach.
  • Strengthened visual hierarchy so users can scan the page quickly and understand key points.
  • Reduced friction in the conversion path by minimizing unnecessary steps or distractions.
  • Aligned the page with user intent to ensure the messaging matches what visitors expect.
  • Used trust signals such as testimonials and reviews to build credibility.
  • Ensured mobile optimization so the experience remains smooth across devices.

7. Collaborate with the Cross-functional Team

SEO is incomplete without team collaboration.

I have worked closely with the designer, developer, tester, and content writer to make other things done.

  • With the developer, to revamp the code for improved page speed and responsiveness
  • With the designer, to redesign the website to enhance the conversion and user engagement
  • With the tester, to test the entire site for usability and bug fixes
  • With the content writer, to craft the blog and landing content

8. Managed Multiple Sites over the Years
